Adam founded Marland Property Management and has worked in the industry for over 10 years, for both independent and corporate estate agencies. Adam holds a BTEC Professional Diploma in Letting and Property Management.

Janice brings a wealth of experience to Marland Property Management. Her attention to detail is second to none. Janice has a down to earth attitude that gives her the ability to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner whilst also dealing effectively with the landlords and tenants on her accounts.

Gavin’s experience helps deliver the high levels of service associated Marland Property Management. He ensures the needs of landlords and tenants needs are met. Gavin has been in the industry for over 8 years and has obtained a vast knowledge and is ARLA qualified
